Carrie's January Tag

Believe it or not, I've actually had my sample done for a while now. The people who took the Configurations class last weekend were pleasantly surprised to see my tag out. BUT, I forgot to upload the sample and supply list here. I just walked into SB 911 and they very nicely reminded me :) Yikes, sorry ladies! I have a special out of town visitor here this week and my mind has been elsewhere. Here's the list of supplies. I will try to remember to upload a pic tonight.

Tissue Tape (music notes)
Crop-a-Dile tool
Distress Ink Pad (Vintage Photo, Wild Honey, Black Soot)
Adhesive (Zip Dry, 3 in 1)
Pharse or quote stamp
